Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We take great pride in our handmade skincare.

Due to the nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully:

Skincare Products:

  • For health and safety reasons, all skincare product sales are final and non-refundable.
  • If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.

Custom Orders:

  • Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange:

  • Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for the request.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after approval.
  • Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
