Due to the nature of our products, please review our refund policy carefully:
Skincare Products:
- For health and safety reasons, all skincare product sales are final and non-refundable.
- If you receive the wrong item or your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with photos, and we will gladly send a replacement or issue store credit.
Custom Orders:
- Custom or personalized orders are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective.
How to Request a Refund or Exchange:
- Please email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos (if applicable), and reason for the request.
- Approved returns must be shipped back within 7 days after approval.
- Refunds are processed back to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item.
